Poetry readings set in Forks, Sequim

PORT ANGELES — Clallam County Poet Laureate Jaiden Dokken will read poetry at the Forks and Sequim public libraries, both branches of the North Olympic Library System.

Dokken will be at the Forks Branch Library, 171 S. Forks Ave., Forks, at 6 p.m. Thursday.

They also will read at the Sequim Branch Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23.

Dokken will share a selection of their poetry as well as works by other poets.

Each reading will be followed by a reception with refreshments provided by the Rainforest Council for the Arts and the Friends of Sequim Library.
