PORT TOWNSEND — Redfish Kayaks will host the 21st annual West Coast Wooden Kayak Rendezvous on Saturday and Sunday at the Port Townsend Marine Science Center.
The low-key gathering at 532 Battery Way East is for all those interested in wooden kayaks and canoes.
Those who have already built their own are invited to bring their boats, participate and watch the building demos which will be happening on both days.
There will also be opportunities to meet kayak builders at the kayak lineup and join organizers for a potluck barbecue Saturday evening.
There will be pancake breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings.
