Self-guided art tour this Friday in Sequim

SEQUIM — First Friday Art Walk is set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in downtown Sequim.

The free, self-guided tour of local art venues occurs on the First Friday of each month.

June’s theme color is white, representing inclusive acceptance, open minds, pure and thoughtful actions and blank canvases.

For more information, including a printable map, visit www.sequimartwalk.com.

Special events for June include:

• Sofie’s Flowers, 127 W. Washington St., is a new venue on the art walk at its new location downtown. The floral shop will host artist Natalie Martin, who painted the mural at the store.

• Pacific Mist Books, 122 W. Washington St., will host Christine Motokane, author of a new novella, “The Revolving Door: The Untold Story of Disability Support.”

• A first anniversary celebration for the A. Milligan Gallery, 520 N. Sequim Ave., is set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the A. Milligan Gallery, 520 N. Sequim Ave.
