PORT TOWNSEND — The Jefferson County Public Infrastructure Fund Board will review cost estimates then consider whether to recommend funding the Quilcene water kiosk project during a special meeting at 10 a.m. Friday.
The hybrid meeting will be in the county commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1920 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.

The board attempts to encourage job creation by stimulating private investments to improve the economy of incorporated and unincorporated Jefferson County.
Board members include Heidi Eisenhour, Jefferson County commissioner; David Faber, Port Townsend City Council member and mayor; Pete Hanke, Port of Port Townsend commissioner; Dan Toepper, Public Utility District No. 1 commissioner; Joe Johnson, District No. 1 resident; Scott Rogers, District No. 2 resident; Dan Ventura, District No. 3 resident; and David Ballif, Economic Development Council Team Jefferson.
