Two films to be screened next week at Field Hall

PORT ANGELES — Films @ Field Hall will present two films next week.

Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris” will be screened at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The 2011 comedy features Owen Wilson, Rachel McAdams and Marion Cotillard.

Anime Kat will sponsor a screening of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” at 7 p.m. Thursday. The 1993 stop-motion film was written by Tim Burton with music and lyrics by Danny Elfman, who also sings the part of Jack Skellington, the King of Halloween Town.

Attendees at Thursday’s film are encouraged to dress for a pre-show ugly sweater contest and to sing along during the film.

Admission to both films is by donation. RSVP is recommended at www.fieldhall events.org/tickets.
