Oct. 23; Ian Miller will present “Sea Level Rise Around the World and Here at Home”

PORT ANGELES Ian Miller will present “Sea Level Rise Around the World and Here at Home” at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Miller will address a meeting of Olympic Climate Action in the Carver Room at the Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Miller is a coastal hazards specialist for Washington Sea Grant; he studied marine ecology at Western Washington University in Bellingham and earned a doctorate at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

The presentation will be followed by a short business meeting for Olympic Climate Action.

The public is invited to the free presentation.
