PORT TOWNSEND — Leola Armstrong says she is strongly considering a write-in campaign against Michelle Sandoval for Port Townsend City Council.
Armstrong, long active in county Democratic politics and former secretary of the Nevada state Senate, said Wednesday she had been asked by several people to run against Sandoval, who was the only person to file for Position 1 on the council.
She said she will decide within the next week.
