■ Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.
This Monday’s featured speaker will be Mary Beth Wegener, executive director of the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society, who will be accompanied by Buddy the Ambassadog.
Tickets for the luncheon are $15 and can be purchased from the meeting room cashier.
For those not having lunch, there is a $3 participation fee that includes a beverage.
■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s featured speaker will be Allyson Brooks, state historic preservation officer, who will discuss “heritage tourism.”
The meeting sponsor will be the Northwest Maritime Center.
Lunch at $8 will be served by Subway.
■ Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are held at 11:45 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at noon at SunLand Golf & Country Club, 109 Hilltop Drive, Sequim.
Featured speakers this Tuesday will be Sequim City Manager Steve Burkett and Sequim Mayor Candace Pratt presenting an update on city activities.
Also scheduled will be the introduction of the 2014 Sequim Irrigation Festival royalty.
Reservations for lunch, which costs $15, must be made by Monday morning, and seats are available for those who are not having lunch. Coffee or tea is $3.

This Wednesday’s featured speaker will be Dan Underwood, economics and environmental science professor at Peninsula College.
Lunch costs $8; a bowl of soup, $4.75; and a cup of soup, $4. The entree is taco tiki chicken.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.
This Tuesday’s speaker will be Alan Cook, vice president of aquaculture for Seattle-based Icicle Seafoods, parent company of American Gold Seafoods, which operates fish farming pens in Port Angeles Harbor.
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
