Following are Easter-related observances announced for the North Olympic Peninsula.
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church
SEQUIM — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., will observe Good Friday with Stations of the Cross at 8 a.m. and the Good Friday Liturgy at noon today.
On Sunday, a pancake breakfast will follow the 8 a.m. service at approximately 9:15 a.m.
The cost will be $4 a person or $7 a family.
An egg hunt will follow the 10 a.m. service.

Independent Bible Church
PORT ANGELES — An Upper Room service for Independent Bible Church, 112 N. Lincoln, is planned at 6 p.m. Saturday.
Sunday services will be at the IBC Worship Center, 116 E. Ahlvers Road.
The services will be at 8:15 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Fairview Bible Church
PORT ANGELES — Fairview Bible Church, 385 O’Brien Road, will host its annual Fairview Bible Church Easter Egg Hunt from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday.
There is no cost.
The Easter sunrise service will be at 6 a.m. Sunday, with breakfast provided at no cost.
The regular service will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon that day.

Unity Church of Port Townsend
PORT TOWNSEND — The Unity Church of Port Townsend and the Rev. Pam Dougles-Smith will host the CommUnity Easter Service at Wheeler Theater in Fort Worden State Park on Sunday.
The service will be at 11 a.m
Inspirational music, a children’s circle, a message and meditation will precede an Easter egg hunt for children of all ages. A reception luncheon will follow.
In addition to a slideshow and gift baskets for children, there will be a reception in the chapel.

Trinity United Methodist Church
SEQUIM – Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., plans a Good Friday service today and two services on Easter Sunday.
A Good Friday presentation of the Passion story will be at 7:30 p.m.
At the conclusion of the service, items in the altar area will be draped in black.
On Sunday, a light brunch will be available between the celebration service, which is at 9:30 a.m., and traditional service, at 11 a.m..
People are invited to bring flowers to place on a cross near the altar immediately before each service.

Jews for Jesus
PORT ANGELES — Rich Robinson of Jews for Jesus will recreate the traditional Passover service and explain how it foreshadowed Jesus’ death and resurrection in a presentation called “Christ in the Passover” at Independent Bible Church, 116 E. Ahlvers Road, at 6:30 p.m. today.
Admission is free.
Robinson will set a table with items traditionally used at the Passover meal and detail their spiritual significance.
Robinson will be available to answer questions after the presentation.

First Baptist Church, Port Townsend
PORT TOWNSEND — The First Baptist Church at 1201 Lawrence St. will present “Crossroads: Where Art and the Passion Meet” from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. tonight and Saturday, and plans a special service Sunday.
At this event based on the ancient tradition of the Stations of the Cross, local artists choose one of 14 significant events between the Last Supper and the burial of Jesus.
Then the artists reflect on the event selected, describe the event and create a piece of art to portray it.
The pieces are then displayed in a meditative setting.
Among this year’s artists are Ray Grier, Katya Taylor and Pat Roche.
Admission to the exhibit is one nonperishable food item for donation to Jefferson County food Banks.
The church will hold a Resurrection Celebration service at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Northwest Maritime Center, 432 Water St., upstairs. Elevators will be available.
Dress is casual, and coffee and pastries will be available. All are welcome.

Port Hadlock Community United Methodist Church
PORT HADLOCK — The Port Hadlock Community United Methodist Church, 130 Church Lane, plans three worship services Sunday.
After a 6:30 a.m. sunrise service, breakfast will follow from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Worship and communion will be at 9 a.m., and another worship service is planned at 11 a.m.
