PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles Ambassadors recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Avis Budget, 8th Street Car Wash and Angeles Mobile Detailing.

Jack Heckman is the owner of Avis and the 8th Street Car Wash.

Angeles Mobile Detailing is owned by Timothy Mason and Amber Keebler.
