Kidney transplant recipient Gabriele Ellis is able to once again help her partner Steffan Sherman run their farm in Sequim thanks to help from Northwest Kidney Centers, a nonprofit, community-based provider of kidney dialysis that has an office in Port Angeles. Ellis credits the organization for the kidney transplant she received last October and said the staff were “very caring, encouraging and helpful.”
