PORT LUDLOW — The state Department of Transportation lifted left-turn restrictions from both Paradise Bay and Shine roads onto state Highway 104 on Friday.
Contractor crews have shifted the temporary barriers blocking the turns, according to WSDOT.
Crews will be installing temporary rumble strips and additional signs in the construction zone, WSDOT said.
