The three Jefferson County commissioners will consider approving production of a video to document the development of the Quilcene Complete Streets project when they meet Monday.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
Commissioners will consider an $8,500 professional services agreement with Frenetic Productions of Quilcene to document the streets project’s community engagement, design and construction.
The video will be used as a demonstration tool.
The contract would be funded by the state Department of Transportation pedestrian and bicycle program grant.
The item is on the consent agenda and will be approved without discussion unless requested by a member of the staff or public.
Additional items on the consent agenda are:
■Proclaiming the week of May 10-16 National Police Week and observing May 15 as Peace Officers’ Memorial Day.
â– An agreement to subsidize the Hell Roaring Creek Bridge repair in the amount of $12,600 from the county road fund.
County Planning Commission
The Jefferson County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on zoning for marijuana businesses when it meets Wednesday.
The panel will meet at 6 p.m. at the Tri-Area Community Center, 10 West Valley Road, Chimacum.
Port Townsend City
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing about the Mountain View Commons bond ordinance at a meeting Monday,
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
The hearing is to provide for the issuance, sale and delivery of bonds not to exceed $3.6 million of unlimited tax general obligation bonds to finance an energy retrofit and other improvements to the former elementary school.
The process includes paying the costs of issuance and sale of the bonds, fixing or setting parameters with respect to the terms and covenants of the bonds, and appointing the city’s designated representative to approve the final terms of the bond sale.
Council office hours, during which members of the public can discuss any topic with a member of the City Council, take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday in the mayor’s office at historic City Hall.

The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the hospital auditorium, 834 Sheridan St., Port Townsend.
