Two sought for failing to appear in court

PORT ANGELES — Authorities Wednesday were seeking two people who failed to appear in court to face drug charges, the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team said.

Todd Michael Perszyk, 53, has failed to appear after he was arrested by a Clallam County sheriff’s deputy July 24, Det. Sgt. John Keegan said.

During the arrest, which included a foot pursuit, Perszyk was found to be in possession of about 80 grams of methamphetamine and 50 grams of heroin, Keegan said.

A $40,000 bench warrant was issued for Perszyk’s arrest Dec. 22.

Perszyk was described as being 5-foot-9, 195 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on the Port Angeles man’s whereabouts is asked to phone law enforcement.

Stephanie Dawn Lingvall, 32, also of Port Angeles, was arrested Jan. 31 after an OPNET informant allegedly purchased heroin from her, Keegan said.

Lingvall was granted a court-ordered release and failed to show up for court, prompting another arrest July 1, Keegan said.

At the time of the second arrest, Port Angeles police developed probable cause that Lingvall was in possession of heroin, Keegan said.

After posting bail, Lingvall was arrested in September for investigation of possession of a controlled substance.

She pleaded guilty to that charge and served a 69-day sentence.

Lingvall, however, “has not appeared as instructed for the original delivery charge,” Keegan said in an OPNET news release.

A $5,000 warrant was issued for Lingvall’s arrest Dec. 5.

She was described a being 5-foot-3, 105 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Lingvall’s whereabouts is asked to phone law enforcement.
