A juried arts and crafts fair in Port Townsend is among the places one can buy Christmas gifts this holiday weekend.
The 24th annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Saturday at the Port Townsend Community Center, 620 Tyler St.
The two-day fair will offer handmade craftwork from Northwest artists, appropriate for gifts year-round, while student musicians perform.
This show is staged by the Port Townsend Arts Guild, a self-supporting nonprofit arts guild offering arts scholarships to Jefferson County students majoring in the arts.
The artists donate a portion of each sale to the Jefferson County Food Bank.
The Paws-N-Claws 4-H Club will sell catnip mice, and Jefferson County 4-H delegates will have a table to raise funds for a conference in Olympia.

Lavender bazaar
Those interested in sweet-smelling gifts can go to the 12th annual Lavender Holiday Bazaar in Sequim.
The two-day bazaar will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the SunLand Ballroom, 109 Hilltop Drive.
Lavender gifts and plenty of raffles will be offered.
Santa will visit, and photographs can be taken with him.
Soups and sandwiches will be sold Saturday.
Each visitor who brings a new toy or two food items will get a raffle ticket for a basket.

Band Boosters bazaar
The Sequim High School Band Boosters club will host its annual Down Home Holiday Bazaar in the high school gym today and Saturday.
The bazaar will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the school at 601 N. Sequim Ave.
More than 50 vendors will offer handmade gifts and crafts.
Raffles are planned.
Proceeds will benefit the Sequim High School band.
