PORT TOWNSEND — Owl 360, Antioch University and the Jefferson County Clemente Course will present “Why Care? Your Voice Makes the Difference” at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The non-partisan program, designed to increase civil engagement, will be at The Nest, 1119 Lawrence St., Port Townsend.
Featured panelists include Amy Howard, deputy mayor of Port Townsend; Heidi Eisenhour, Jefferson County commissioner; and Michelle Sandoval, a former mayor of Port Townsend.
Each will share their perspectives on what drives their commitment to public service and the values they champion.
Attendees will have an opportunity to register to vote at the event.
The event also will include snacks, a raffle and door prizes.
