Soroptimists set to meet at noon today

PORT ANGELES — Rosie Garbe will address an online meeting of Soroptimist International of Port Angeles at noon today.

Garbe is the executive director of Scarlet Road, a faith-based organization that assists the survivors of sexual exploitation.
