Rosh HaShanah services scheduled for Port Angeles

PORT ANGELES — The Olympic B’nai Shalom congregation will observe Rosh HaShanah this week.

Erev Rosh HaShanah service will be at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1033 N. Barr Road.

Rosh HaShanah sunrise service will be at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday at the City Pier, 315 N. Lincoln St. in Port Angeles.

Morning Torah service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

A light lunch will be provided at 1 p.m.

Tashlich will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Railroad Bridge Park, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road, Sequim.

All attendees must comply with the following COVID-19 protocols:

• Attendees are encouraged to be fully vaccinated and boosted, and to self-test prior to each service.

• Masks will be provided by the congregation.

• Persons with respiratory symptoms should refrain from attending.

• Social distancing is encouraged.

• Weather permitting, services may be conducted outside in the fellowship’s memorial garden.
