I really get a kick out of Sen. Patty Murray.
She gets reelected and then, except for a few sound bites, we don’t hear anything for 5½ years.
Then she comes out with the same old “Jobs for working people,” “I’ll fight for you” and on and on.
I don’t remember her coming out to Forks when Allen Log and two Interfor mills shut down.
From the Wall Street Journal on Aug. 25, Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen says people making under $400,000 will not see a raise in audit rates.
Senator Mike Crapo proposed an amendment to protect those making under $400,000.
All 50 Democratic senators, including Sen. Murray and Sen. Maria Cantwell, voted no.
This November we have a chance to send Sen. Murray home.
