PORT TOWNSEND — Scott Wilson will address Studium Generale East at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Wilson will speak at Peninsula College’s Port Townsend campus, 202 Eisenhower Ave. on Fort Worden.
Wilson, the former owner and publisher of the Port Townsend Leader, will discuss Port Townsend’s rich maritime history and explore the cultural and economic growth of the region.
Future speakers in the monthly lecture series include Maria Coryell-Martin in March, Gabe Van Lelyveld in April, Rico Quirindongo in May and Jere Canote in June.
