Washington State University’s Jefferson County Extension hires new director

PORT HADLOCK — The Washington State University’s Jefferson County Extension has announced that Cliff Moore will take over as its director in mid-September.

Moore has been serving as the Yakima city manager for the past three years.

Moore also has worked for Thurston County and for Washington State University at the main campus in Pullman.

Moore will replace interim manager Clea Rome who will return to her position as the Clallam County Extension director.
