SPORTS SHOT: Port Angeles Threat champs in Montesano
The Port Angeles Threat fifth- and sixth-grade team went 5-1 at the Larry Quinn Memorial Tournament in Montesano last weekend, cpturing their first tournament championship. The Port Angeles Threat played the Elma Cougars in the final game bya score of 22-19. From left, are Kaylen Gockerill-Mason, Piper Williams, Ava-Anne Sheehan, Clarissa Sprague, Jayden McCabe, Bryna Flores, Makenna Larson, Kiera Gedelman, Isabelle Felton and Lileighan Scheid. The team is coached by Chris Larson and Danny Gedelman.
