PORT LUDLOW — A Sequim motorcyclist and a Seattle woman were taken to a Bremerton hospital after a wreck with a van on state Highway 19 at its intersection with state Highway 104 on Tuesday, the State Patrol said.

Thomas J. Adams, 57, of Sequim was taken to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton with unspecified injuries after the 2:52 p.m. wreck, the State Patrol said.

Also taken to Harrison Medical Center was Jennifer P. McGee, 43, of Seattle, who was a passenger in the van.

The driver of the van, Henrietta J. Davis, 90, of Port Townsend, was not hurt, according to the State Patrol.

Davies, who was driving a white 2007 Hyundai Entourage, failed to yield to the yellow 1976 Honda motorcycle while attempting to make a left-turn from Highway 19 to Highway 104, the State Patrol said.

The two collided in the intersection.

The State Patrol said Davies would be cited for failure to yield.

The wreck blocked the road for about 20 minutes.
