PORT ANGELES — The 11- and 12-year-old divisions were both won by Port Angeles teams in the 24th annual Dick Brown Memorial baseball tournament held at Lincoln Park this past week.

Port Angeles 12 took the title with an 11-1 win over the Kitsap Osprey in the championship game Sunday. The Kingston Kings took third place.

Port Angeles 11 beat the Seattle Wave 15-3 in its championship game Sunday. The Port Angeles 10s took third place.

There were seven teams in the 11-year-old division and six in the 12-year-old division.

The event was sponsored by First Federal and Cal Ripken Baseball. Tournament Director Steve Burkhardt thanked co-director George Drake and Traci Dooley and Scott Schwagler for helping to organize the tournament for more than 20 years.
