Women in Film ticket information, schedule

PORT TOWNSEND — Port Townsend’s Women & Film festival passes include four screenings selected by the passholder, two meet-the-filmmaker events and the presentation of “Catching Sight of ‘Thelma & Louise’” with director Jennifer Townsend, for $75.

If available, single rush tickets for each event will be available at the door 15 minutes before showtime for $15.

Venues are the Rose Theatre and Starlight Room, 235 Taylor St.; the Cotton Building, 705 Water St.; and the Wheeler Theatre at Fort Worden State Park, 200 Battery Way.

• 10 a.m. “Missing in Europe,” drama, Starlight Room.

• 10:15 a.m. “What If It Works?,” comedy-drama, Rose Theatre.

• 10:30 a.m. “Women Speak Out” panel, Cotton Building.

• 2 p.m. “Woody’s Order” short film and “A Thousand Mothers” documentary, Starlight Room.

• 2:15 p.m. “Mary Janes: The Women of Weed” documentary, Rose Theatre (main screen).

• 2:30 p.m. “Earth Seasoned … #GapYear” documentary, Rose Theatre (Rosebud screen).

• 5 p.m. Meet the Filmmakers reception, free admission, food and drink available for purchase at Taps at the Guardhouse, Fort Worden State Park.

• 7 p.m. “Catching Sight of ‘Thelma & Louise,’” Wheeler Theatre.

Sunday

• 10 a.m. “Proof of Loyalty: Kazuo Yamane and the Nisei Soldiers of Hawaii,” documentary and “Sounds of Freedom” short, Starlight Room.

• 10:15 a.m. “Mary Janes: The Women of Weed,” Rose Theatre (Rosebud screen).

• 10:30 a.m. “Lives Well Lived” documentary, Rose Theatre (main screen).
