Forks: Quillayute Valley School Board approves budget

FORKS — The Quillayute Valley School Board approved a $10.35 million budget for fiscal 2002-03 during a meeting Tuesday night.

The budget is based on 1,188 full-time equivalent students, 84.3 full-time equivalent certificated employees (teachers, administrators, some para-educators and others) and 62.9 full-time equivalent classified employees (secretaries, custodians, some para-educators and others).

District officials said they expect a $26,731 budget surplus at year’s end.
