Ian’s Ride founder to speak at Studium Generale

PORT ANGELES — Ian Mackay, founder and executive director of the nonprofit corporation Ian’s Ride, will join Peninsula College’s Studium Generale lecture series to discuss the importance of community and to advocate for outdoor accessibility.

The event, co-sponsored by United Way of Clallam County in honor of Resilience Month, will take place from 12:35 p.m. to 1:25 p.m. Thursday in the Little Theater at Peninsula College’s Port Angeles campus.

Studium Generale lectures are free and open to the public.
