Blues concert set at Quimper Grange

PORT TOWNSEND — John “Greyhound” Maxwell will perform at the Quimper Grange at 7 p.m.Thursday.

Tickets to the concert at the grange hall at 1219 Corona Ave. are $20. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Masks are required.

Maxwell, who brings his own approach to the blues on slide guitar and mandolin, has opened for Taj Mahal and KebMo at Saint Michelle Winery, David Lindley, Maria Muldaur, Marcia Ball, Ruthie Foster and others.
