Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary Area, cocktails at History Happy Hour in Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — Bartenders Sophia Elan and Alexander Moats will join Steve Shively for “History Happy Hour: The Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary Area” at 5 p.m. Friday.

The free program, sponsored by the Jefferson County Historical Society, will stream live on Zoom.

Elan and Moats will show how to make sea-inspired cocktails as well as the non-alcoholic versions.

Shively, a member of the sanctuary’s advisory council, will discuss the cultural and historical legacy of the 3,188-square-mile marine wildlife preserve.
