Sequim’s mayor cited “philosophical differences” as a reason for removing City Manager Charlie Bush from his position.

Philosophical differences is an inadequate reason to terminate someone’s position.

One’s philosophy has no relevance to job performance.

Judging an employee’s fitness should be based solely on their execution of their duties, not their personal philosophy, or religion, etc.
