Local meat is the topic at Wednesday presentation in Sequim

SEQUIM — Tom and Holly Clark of Clark Farms will discuss locally farmed meat in a presentation at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The talk at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way, is free and open to the public.

Tom Clark’s family has been farming in the Dungeness Valley for 160 years.

The couple now raise grass-fed, grass-finished cattle and lamb, pastured pigs, pastured heritage turkeys and chickens grazing in open spaces.
