Update: Traffic congestion on U.S. 101 east of Port Angeles eases

PORT ANGELES — Heavy traffic congestion has eased on U.S. Highway 101 east of Port Angeles today following completion of a traffic signal conversion at Kolonels Way.
The signals are part of the work coinciding with construction of a new Walmart Supercenter in east Port Angeles.
