LETTER: Voting gives everyone a chance to succeed

Some of us have already taken the opportunity and privilege to vote.

We have carefully examined the candidates and measures, filled in the boxes and mailed or dropped off, our ballots.

Nothing this important could be simpler.

The rest of you who have not voted need to immediately open the voting form and get to work.

By voting you are giving the country a great gift, your participation in the future.

Feel free to scream and yell at all the people who feel that their vote doesn’t count and convince them to vote.

Enough of the quiet conversations and gentle persuasions about the importance of the individual vote.

We need to to have the vast majority understand the importance of all possible voters voting.

Only by having the majority of our citizens participating in this process will we have a chance to elect the best possible representatives and pass the best measures.

Vote and tell the potential legislators the we the people want some constructive action from them.

Vote and give us all a chance to succeed.

Frank Cimino,
