SEQUIM — The Wolves earned the sweep of the rival Roughriders at home Wednesday.

The match was closer than the scoreline as three of the four matches went the full three sets.

Port Angeles coach Stephanie Gochnour pointed out the No. 2 singles match and praised Waverly Mead’s play in a tiebreaker loss to Calleigh Thompson.

Sequim (5-2) and Port Angeles (3-4) are off for spring break.
