COLLEGE SOCCER: Peninsula Pirates honored by school for NWAC trophies [ *with video* ]

PORT ANGELES — Peninsula College honored its soccer teams with a celebration at the Pirate Union Building on Wednesday.

The Peninsula men claimed the Northwest Athletic Conference championship on Sunday. It is the program’s four title, and all four have come in the past six seasons.

The Peninsula women placed third at the NWAC playoffs. It is the fifth top-three finish for the Pirates in the women’s soccer team’s six years of existence.
