Ryan McCoy

What a week and what a career for Clallam Bay’s Ryan McCoy.

McCoy, already a legend in Clallam Bay because he once scored 42 out of his team’s 46 points in a win last season, scored his 1,000th career point for the Bruins last week, while scoring 19 in a win against Crescent on Thursday.

McCoy also had 17 points and 11 boards against Neah Bay on Wednesday, 17 points against La Conner on Friday and 20 points against Quilcene on Jan. 7 for an 18.3 points-per-game average over his last four games.

McCoy, a senior, has been a big part of leading the Bruins to a 2-1 record in the North Olympic 2B League. He has six more regular season games left to close out his outstanding career for Clallam Bay.
