Crab pot benefit today

PORT TOWNSEND — Jefferson Search and Rescue will hold a sale of recovered crab pots and related gear this morning.

The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the parking lot of Coon Plumbing, at 3509 W. Sims Way (corner of State Highway 20 and Mill Road).

Proceeds will benefit search and rescue operations on the Olympic Peninsula.

More than 100 riders came out and enjoyed the Lincoln Park BMX track Sunday as the track also hosted boys and girls clinics put on by BMX elite champion rider Olivia Armstrong from Bend, Ore.
