The 12U Port Angeles Xplosion team took first place in the gold division of the USSSA May Celebration 13-team tournament held in Chehalis this weekend. The Xplosion went 5-0 in the tournament, beating Bonney Lake 12-1 in the championship game. The Xplosion’s Madisyn Wright hit two inside-the-park home runs in the championship game.
