Vaccination clinics set in Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — The Port Townsend Safeway plans vaccine clinics this weekend.

Flu shots, RSV vaccines, COVID boosters and other vaccines will be offered at drive-up clinics from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot at 442 W. Sims Way.

Pharmacists can immunize the entire family including children 6 months and older while supplies last. No appointment is necessary but a spot can be guaranteed by using this link: https://www.safeway.com/vaccinations/home.

Available vaccines are flu, including for children 6 months and older; RSV vaccine, COVID-19 booster, pneumonia, Shingrix and tetanus vaccines.

The flu shot is free with most insurance, so there is no co-payment unless required by the plan.

Everyone who receives an immunization will also receive a coupon for 10 percent off their next grocery purchase, where permitted by law. Find more information at www.albertsons.com/flu and www.safeway.com/flu.
