Restrictions lifted on Fairview water system

CARLSBORG — Clallam County Public Utility District #1 has lifted water restrictions for the Fairview water system.

The restrictions were imposed in July due to low flow rates in Morse Creek.

The Fairview system is a portion of the Port Angeles Composite Water System between Morse Creek and McDonald Creek.

PUD customers whose water bill contains the codes FV-C or FV-R are in the Fairview system.

The Gales Addition, Mt. Angeles and Monroe water systems, whose water is supplied by the city of Port Angeles, are still under Stage 3 alerts.
