‘Regenerate Cascadia’ topic at two events

United Earth Networks will host the Regenerate Cascadia Bioregional Tour at two Jefferson County venues this week.

Joe Brewer will discuss topics of local food systems and regenerating local farmland in Jefferson County along with a discussion our role within the greater ecosystem of this bioregion from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Finnriver Farm and Cidery, 124 Center Road, Chimacum.

Brewer will discuss the regenerative work being done across our bioregion, including stories from Columbia River Gorge, Portland, Olympia and Whidbey Island from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Fort Worden Commons, Battery Way, Port Townsend.

The public is invited to either or both free discussions.
