The USS Chief and USS Scout will continue offering tours today.
The U.S. Navy minesweepers came to Port Angeles on Friday and are scheduled to leave Tuesday morning. The ships are moored at the Port of Port Angeles marine terminal at the foot of Cedar Street.
Tours begin at 10 a.m. and continue as long as visitors are interested, said Chief Petty Officer John Monn. Sunday’s tours ended about 4:30 p.m.
The minesweepers are deployed in groups of four, but the USS Devastator and USS Avenger continued on to Everett.
