Port Angeles residents can influence the city’s future in a series of forums beginning today on the city’s comprehensive plan.
The city is asking people to bring their ideas on how Port Angeles is growing and how it can be improved. The input is part of a state-mandated review of the city’s comprehensive plan, which sets an overall plan for the development of the city, including zoning.
The first review forum will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Vern Burton Community Center, 308 E. Fourth St.
Review forums are also scheduled for 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 4-6 p.m. Thursday, all at Vern Burton.
