Port Angeles City Council to hold special meeting today

PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles City Council will hold a special meeting today.
The closed session will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in City Council chambers at City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold a closed session as allowed under state law for collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, including contract negotiations; or the governing body is planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken during the course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations; or reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress.
