SEQUIM — The city of Sequim has launched an online survey to gather community input on its parks and facilities Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan.
The survey will be available at www.sequimada.com through Jan. 15.
The ADA transition plan is designed to improve access to city parks and other city-owned facilities.
Community feedback will guide the identification of accessibility barriers and the development of solutions for improved public access.
The survey, which should take a few minutes to complete, will help to ensure the plan meets real needs and priorities.
For more information, call Hannah Merrill, the city’s parks and events manager, at 360-681-3434 or email hmerrill@sequimwa.gov.
