PORT ANGELES — Two people were injured following a three-car collision on U.S. Highway 101 between South Reddick Road and South Airport Road, the Port Angeles Police Department said.
Drivers in two separate vehicles were injured in the Monday morning crash. One person was transported to Olympic Medical Center, PAPD Sgt. Kevin Miller said.
“There was construction going on,” Miller said. “Traffic was stopped. One car didn’t see the stop and caused a chain reaction.”
Eastbound traffic on Highway 101 was limited for about 30 minutes while westbound traffic was held up for about five minutes, Miller said.
“We had to reroute traffic around the collision area until we could get it cleared and everything documented,” he said.
