The North Olympic Library System will host “Advance Care Planning: Making Future Health Care Choices” at all four of its branches this month.
Representatives from Olympic Medical Center will discuss the future and end-of-life health care choices that are available.
The class is open to adults of all ages including those just starting a family, single adults, parents with teenagers at home and retirees.
Each 60-minute presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.
The presentations are scheduled for:
• Port Angeles: 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
• Clallam Bay: 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, Clallam Bay Branch Library, 16990 state Highway 112.
• Forks: 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, Forks Branch Library, 171 S. Forks Ave.
• Sequim: 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, Sequim Branch Library, 630 Sequim Ave.
