CHIMACUM — Joe Holtrop will present “Landscaping with Native Plants” from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The workshop, sponsored by the Jefferson Conservation District, will be at H.J. Carroll Park, 9884 state Highway 19.
Holtrop, the conservation district’s manager, will discuss identification of common native trees and shrubs, their ecological benefits, their landscaping attributes and ways to incorporate them into residential landscapes.
