‘Meet the Superintendent’ event scheduled in Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — The Port Townsend School District will host an open house for community members to meet Linda Rosenbury, the district’s new superintendent, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Rosenbury, and other new staff members, will be at the Cotton Building, 607 Water St.

The district has several other back to school meetings scheduled:

Port Townsend High School, freshman parent meeting, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31.

Blue Heron Middle School, back to school night, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Salish Coast Elementary School, kindergarten information and roundup, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Salish Coast Elementary School, back to school night, 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2.

OCEAN K-12, back to school night, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2.

Online K-12 program, family night, 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1.
