Valley Creek flags

Representatives of the Soroptimist International of Port Angeles and the Michael Trebert Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently conducted a flag lowering ceremony at the mouth of the Valley Creek Estuary. The flags include the United States flag, the 15-Star United States flag and the Spanish flag that were in effect when Francisco de Eliza discovered Port Angeles harbor in 1791, and the flags of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Soroptimist International.
